Inspired by Abel Bodied by Michael Cloherty, this is a delightful and fun romp through a fantastic historical murder mystery. The Smuttynose Murders takes place in 1873 and is inspired by the historic murders that took place on Smuttynose Island. This interactive event invites guests take on the roles of people of the city of Portsmouth in 1873, the day after the sensational murders occured. Over the course of the evening, you’ll be called to examine the evidence against a set of suspicious subjects. Interrogate the witnesses, dress in your finest historic fashion, and become a part of history. Can you solve this crime before the clock runs out?

The Graves Estate takes place in 1927 and is designed as a private event for up to 50 participants. Unlike other murder mysteries, in this one your guests are the suspects and even the murderer! They do period-appropriate forensic investigation to uncover clues and piece together the timeline in order to discover who among them is the guilty party. The experience is facilitated by three interactors who are in-role as “staff” of the victim, the victim, and a hired investigator, with a small production crew to ensure a beautiful, seamless experience for all. Perfect for weddings, special events, and corporate team-building.
